About The Role
The Head of AI Operations is responsible for defining and executing the organisation’s automation and AI strategy to drive operational excellence, scalability, and measurable business impact. This role will embed AI‑first thinking across the group, designing and deploying systems that streamline workflows, improve decision‑making, and unlock productivity across HQ and portfolio companies. Acting as a strategic partner to leadership and operational teams, the Head of AI Operations ensures that automation investments are prioritised, measurable, and tightly aligned with company OKRs.
Key Responsibilities
- Automation Strategy: Develop and execute a group‑wide automation and AI roadmap aligned with business priorities.
- AI Enablement: Deploy AI copilots and chat interfaces that enhance productivity in operations, support, marketing, and product teams.
