We are hiring for a rare platform engineering leadership role with a stealth AI infrastructure company building at the frontier of GPU compute. This is not a normal cloud role. This is for someone who understands how real infrastructure works underneath the platform layer.
Kubernetes, bare metal, GPU provisioning, networking, production software and the operational reality of running high performance compute at scale. The company is building the platform layer for industrial scale AI infrastructure. The type of infrastructure that will support the next generation of AI workloads across enterprise, government, research and frontier AI.
We are looking for someone who can lead, but still build. Someone who can write production grade code. Someone who has developed platforms based on Kubernetes. Someone who has worked close to bare metal infrastructure. Someone who understands GPU provisioning or deploying workloads across GPU environments. Someone who can talk properly about networking, clusters and how the platform actually runs.
The key experience we need:
- Bare metal cloud or bare metal infrastructure
- GPU provisioning or GPU deployment
- Strong networking knowledge across clusters
- Production grade coding in Python and Golang or Rust
- Linux and distributed systems experience
- Experience leading technical work or mentoring strong engineers
- Bare metal experience is essential.
A lot of people have cloud and Kubernetes experience. Far fewer have true bare metal experience. That is the point we will need to understand properly. This will suit someone from GPU cloud, AI infrastructure, HPC, managed Kubernetes, bare metal cloud, hyperscale infrastructure or deep platform engineering environments. This is an early stage opportunity, but with serious backing, serious ambition and a genuinely hard technical problem to solve.
