Location: London (Hybrid) Build a World-Class Employee Experience from Day One We're supporting a fast-growing, venture-backed technology business in the appointment of an Onboarding Specialist to join its People Operations team.

This is an opportunity to own the entire new hire journey—from offer acceptance through to the first 30 days—ensuring every employee has an exceptional onboarding experience.

You'll be the central point of contact for new joiners, coordinating across People Operations, IT and Hiring Managers to deliver a seamless, engaging and well-structured onboarding programme.

The Role Reporting to the Head of People Operations , you'll take ownership of pre-boarding and onboarding activities across a globally growing organisation.
