In the age of AI, human ingenuity is the ultimate scarce resource. Recruiting is a zero-sum game: you either compete – or you lose. Our product helps companies win by turning sourcing, evaluation, and hiring workflows into a modern, scalable system. We’re a venture-backed, high-growth SaaS company with strong traction across high-performing teams – from early-stage startups to large enterprises – and we’re growing quickly.
We’re hiring an Account Executive to help scale revenue at a breakout, high-growth SaaS company transforming how recruiting teams operate. This is a high-impact closing role focused on converting a strong volume of inbound demand into revenue. All pipeline is inbound, driven through free trial sign-ups and demo requests, with 200+ inbound demos per month. You’ll work across a range of customers, with core segments including in-house talent acquisition teams and recruiting agencies.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, product-led environment, knows how to run efficient sales cycles, and is excited by the opportunity to join as the 2nd team member in our London office. In addition to new business, there is meaningful upside in expanding existing accounts across a customer base of 4,000+ teams.
Location: London, UK
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle for inbound opportunities, from qualification through close
- Convert free trial users and demo requests into paying customers through a consultative, efficient sales process
- Manage short deal cycles, typically 2–3 weeks depending on trial engagement
- Sell into core customer groups including in-house TA leaders, People teams, and recruiting agencies
- Identify expansion opportunities across an existing customer base of 2,000+ accounts, many with larger recruiting teams and upsell potential
- Partner closely with product and leadership to share market feedback, customer pain points, and win/loss insights
- Help refine and scale the GTM motion, messaging, and sales playbook
- Position the platform effectively against legacy recruiting technology and communicate clear differentiated value
- Operate with urgency, ownership, and strong follow-through in a fast-paced startup environment
Who You Are
- You’re a strong closer who loves working warm, high-intent inbound pipeline and knows how to turn demand into revenue.
- You’re energized by speed, ownership, and the chance to have meaningful impact on a small, ambitious team.
- High-agency and self-directed
- Commercially sharp and confident running a full-cycle sales process
- Customer-savvy, with the ability to uncover pain, map value, and drive urgency
- Process-minded but adaptable
- Excited by early-stage environments and helping build alongside a lean team
Requirements
- 2+ years of SaaS sales experience
- Track record of exceeding quota, with clear performance indicators such as Presidents Club, Top 10% performance, MVP, or similar recognition
- Experience closing deals with ACVs in the $10K–$50K range
- Located in London, UK and open to in-office work
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to Heads of Talent Acquisition, VP People, or broader HR stakeholders
- Familiarity with product-led growth environments, especially where free sign-ups or trials drive pipeline
