We are an institutional-grade AI compute infrastructure platform building and operating large-scale GPU-as-a-Service data centres for leading AI labs and hyperscalers. Backed by significant investment and scaling rapidly post-Series A, the business is developing a live pipeline of multi-hundred-megawatt projects across Europe and the US. Our team brings together expertise from infrastructure investment, hyperscale operations, and frontier AI, creating a unique opportunity to help shape one of the most exciting growth areas in digital infrastructure.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an Associate to join the Strategic Finance team, reporting directly to the SVP of Strategic Finance. This is a broad, high-impact role sitting at the intersection of corporate finance, transaction execution, and FP&A. You will work closely with senior leadership, including the CFO and founders, on some of the company’s most commercially important initiatives — from project financings and customer contract structuring to budgeting, board reporting, and fundraising support. This opportunity is ideal for someone seeking the pace and ownership of a high-growth platform combined with the analytical depth and sophistication of institutional infrastructure investing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain project-level and consolidated financial models for live data centre transactions, including debt sizing, returns analysis, sensitivities, and covenant testing.
  • Support commercial negotiations across customer offtake agreements, joint ventures, and financing structures through detailed analysis and scenario modelling.
  • Prepare investor and lender materials, including management presentations, information memoranda, and Q&A responses.
  • Coordinate due diligence processes alongside legal, tax, technical, and commercial advisers.
  • Support financial planning activities including rolling forecasts, annual budgeting, and cash flow management.
  • Produce monthly and quarterly board and shareholder reporting, including KPI tracking and variance analysis.
  • Assist with equity fundraising activities, including valuation analysis, cap table management, and dilution modelling.
  • Partner with finance and operational teams to maintain strong financial reporting and data integrity as the platform scales.

Candidate Profile

  • 3–5 years’ experience within infrastructure investment banking, infrastructure private equity, infrastructure funds, or related sectors such as energy, digital infrastructure, or project finance advisory.
  • Strong financial modelling capability across both project finance and corporate finance environments.
  • Solid understanding of key financing metrics including LTC, DSCR, LLCR, and covenant structures.
  • Comfortable operating across both transaction execution and FP&A responsibilities within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong academic background; ACA, CFA, or equivalent qualifications beneficial but not essential.
  • Genuine interest in AI infrastructure and scaling a next-generation platform.

What’s on Offer

  • Direct exposure to founders, senior leadership, and institutional investors from day one.
  • Broad exposure across transactions, fundraising, and strategic finance during a critical growth phase.
  • Opportunity to work alongside a leading infrastructure private equity partner.
  • Competitive salary, performance bonus, and meaningful equity participation.
