The company is building the infrastructure layer that brings together power, data centres, GPUs and platform software to deliver scalable AI compute.
As the business scales globally, Talent Acquisition is becoming a critical function. We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to help build the systems, reporting, governance and workflows that allow the team to hire quickly, accurately and consistently. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys structure, data, systems and process improvement. You will sit at the centre of recruitment operations, technology and analytics, helping make sure every role is opened, approved, tracked and managed properly.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing and improving Talent Acquisition systems, including Deel ATS
- Maintaining clean and accurate recruitment data
- Supporting role approval workflows from opening through to offer
- Building reports and dashboards covering pipeline, time to hire and source effectiveness
- Supporting workforce planning and headcount tracking
- Publishing job adverts and keeping process documentation up to date
- Supporting hiring managers and Talent Acquisition partners with systems and process guidance
- Helping create a smooth candidate and new joiner experience
We are looking for someone with:
- Three or more years of Talent Acquisition Operations or Recruitment Operations experience
- Strong ATS experience, ideally with Deel
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn and wider recruitment tools
- Experience improving recruitment processes and approval workflows
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
- A practical, hands-on approach to problem solving
This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to help build the operating model for a global Talent Acquisition function from an early stage. The role will suit someone who enjoys building structure, improving systems and creating the operational discipline needed for high quality hiring at scale.
