Onboarding Specialist
We're supporting a fast-growing, venture-backed technology business in the appointment of an Onboarding Specialist to join its People Operations team.
You'll be the central point of contact for new joiners, coordinating across People Operations, IT and Hiring Managers to deliver a seamless, engaging and well-structured onboarding programme.

Reporting to the Head of People Operations, you'll take ownership of pre-boarding and onboarding activities across a globally growing organisation.
You'll ensure every new hire arrives fully prepared, equipped and engaged while continuously improving the onboarding experience through data, feedback and operational excellence.
Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS, ensuring data quality and compliance.
Monitor completion of onboarding tasks, mandatory training and role objectives throughout the first 30 days.
Coordinate onboarding events including welcome sessions, office hours and executive introductions.
Identify onboarding risks and proactively work with managers to improve new hire success.
Work closely with People Operations, Corporate IT and Hiring Managers to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
Own onboarding surveys and feedback programmes at Day 30 and Day 90.
Identify opportunities to improve, automate and scale onboarding processes while maintaining a high-quality employee experience.
4+ years' experience in People Operations, Employee Experience or Onboarding within a fast-paced, scaling organisation.
Experience working with Deel HRIS or another global HR platform.
Strong organisational and project management abilities, with the ability to manage multiple onboarding journeys simultaneously.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use employee feedback and operational data to drive continuous improvement.
Enjoy improving processes and building scalable programmes.
