About the Role
We are hiring a highly organised, articulate, and ambitious assistant to work directly with the Founder of a Mayfair-based family office. This role is intentionally designed for someone early in their career (recent graduate or 1–2 years’ experience) who wants exposure to real estate, private capital, and the running of a founder-led investment business. You will begin by providing high-quality executive support. Once you understand the Founder’s working style and the firm’s investment approach, you will progress into early-stage Investor Relations responsibilities. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, writes exceptionally well, and learns fast.
Key Responsibilities
- Phase 1 — PA Duties
- Manage the Founder’s schedule and priorities
- Coordinate with investors, lenders, planners and architects
- Organise documents and maintain structured digital files
- Prepare meeting notes and summaries
- Support daily operations and follow up on tasks
- Draft investor updates and memos
- Prepare professional documents and presentations
- Join investor calls and handle follow-ups
- Help manage CRM and investor touchpoints
- Support communication around a major SW7 property development
