We are seeking sharp, entrepreneurial Junior Analysts to join our London office full-time. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience working closely with highly experienced principles.
You’ll work closely with the principles on high-end residential development projects in Prime Central London (e.g., Kensington), helping us manage timelines, lender documents, planning submissions, and everything in between.
What You’ll Do:
- Track key project milestones and real estate deal timelines
- Organize documents from lawyers, architects, and lenders
- Follow up with stakeholders and help push deals over the line
- Maintain internal folders and systems (Google Drive, email, Evernote)
- Create summary decks and memos for internal updates
- Help with admin and operations as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Detail-oriented and organised — you love crossing things off lists
- Comfortable emailing solicitors, architects, and banks to get things done
- Basic understanding of property development or finance
- Tech-savvy: you can manage Google Sheets, email threads, and file systems
- Based in London and ready to work in person, full-time

Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of financial markets, especially U.S. equities and derivatives
- Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and general tech literacy
- Comfort with basic data analysis (Google Sheets, Excel)
- Familiarity with real estate investment concepts a plus
