The Role: As an HGV Technician, you will:

· Diagnose, repair, and maintain a range of HGVs and vans to the highest standards.

· Prepare vehicles for MOT tests and achieve a 100% pass rate.

· Attend breakdowns and provide roadside repairs (on a rota basis).

· Complete all paperwork promptly and accurately.

· Ensure health and safety and company policies are followed.

Requirements:

– Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in relevant field such as HGV Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.

-Experience: Previous experience working with HGVs, ideally within a dealership or similar environment.

– Licence: HGV licence (Class 2 or above is preferred, but not essential).

– Shift Patterns Available:

– Night Shift: Monday to Friday 1:30pm-12:00am + No Weekends

– Half an hour lunch break

– Breakdown Support: Availability to participate in a call-out rota for roadside repairs.
