I'm currently working with arguably one of the hottest boutique Salesforce Partners who work on multi-cloud transformations with enterprise customers, particularly within Financial Services. They are now looking to expand their team by bringing on a Senior Technical Consultant with a boutique Salesforce Partner background. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, design customised solutions, and ensure successful implementation and deployment.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients to gather their business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and develop customised Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and other team members.
- Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices are followed, and maintain high code quality standards.
- Perform data migrations, system integrations, and Salesforce instance configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to client projects.
- Prepare and deliver technical documentation, training, and support to clients.
- Must have Salesforce Consulting experience.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, SOQL, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and best practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
