We are currently partnered with a leading Global business who are headquartered in London and three other locations around the world. They provide a service to businesses that impact them from the very top, allowing them to function at their highest capability. As a Salesforce product owner, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of the Salesforce roadmap, collaborating with multiple internal business units to ensure that the Salesforce platform delivers for them all. As a business early in their Salesforce lifecycle, it is of great importance for them to bring in an individual who has experience delivering large transformations within Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and deliver the Salesforce roadmap throughout the business
- Collaborate with multiple internal teams to ensure requirements are understood
- Liaise with business leadership to gather requirements and consult with them on changes within Salesforce
- Manage stakeholders and their requirements, pushing back on unrealistic or unnecessary requests
- Work closely with the external Salesforce development team and give accurate instructions to implement new features or changes for Salesforce
Experience and Qualifications
- Must have experience delivering large scale change to Salesforce
- Excellent experience managing multiple internal teams
- Ability to gather requirements accurately, providing Salesforce expertise to deliver on them
- Experience documenting requirements and liaising with external technical teams to ensure the solutions are built correctly
