Steadman Brown are working with one of Salesforce's flagship customers, who have recently gone through their Salesforce Implementation covering Sales, Service, Experience, Data Cloud and Agentforce.

They are now moving away from their Salesforce Partner, and building out their internal team, with this hire coming in to lead the strategy and rollout of Technology, Data, and AI transformations across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Salesforce platform setting the strategy, defining the roadmap and ensuring Salesforce continues to evolve in line with business priorities.
  • Lead the Salesforce team setting direction and ensuring delivery is on time, on budget and to the expected standard.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to understand priorities, shape the Salesforce roadmap and ensure the right initiatives are delivered at the right time.
  • Lead the ongoing Salesforce transformation overseeing implementation, enhancements, releases and continuous improvement across the platform.
  • Drive adoption and maximise value from Salesforce, ensuring the platform delivers measurable business and customer outcomes.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience in leading Salesforce or Enterprise CRM Transformations.
  • Proven experience in managing C-Suite stakeholders across multiple departments, and able to influence decision making processes.
  • Experience leading multi-vendor environments, driving both accountability and performance across multiple teams.
  • Knowledge of PRINCE2 and Enterprise Portfolio Management, with the ability to apply structured governance and delivery practices to complex transformation programmes.
