I'm working with a Salesforce Partner, who are delivering Salesforce Implementations across multiple industries. They have seen great success this year alone, with more projects kicking off now. They are now looking for a Senior Business Analyst, to work with various clients and internal teams to scope out requirements, creating the documentation and create user stories, hand over to the development team and support testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with various clients to lead discovery sessions with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Create detailed documentation and user stories to pass to the technical team.
  • Present demos and show and tell sessions with the clients.
  • Support the testing of systems before implementation.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience working within a Salesforce Business Analyst role.
  • Experience working with Jira and similar tools.
  • Strong ability to lead client workshops with various stakeholders across the business.
  • Experience working within an Agile delivery model.
