Steadman Brown have partnered exclusively with a leading charity, who are recognised across the globe, helping over 10,000 people a year. They have recently gone through the implementation of Salesforce, implementing a complex Salesforce environment, built on NPSP. They are now looking to bring in an in-house expert to take ownership of their Salesforce Platform.As the Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the day to day management of the Salesforce system, including working with multiple stakeholders across the business to define their needs, create tailored solutions and get hands on with the configuration, including complex flows and automation tools.
Key Responsibilities
- You will manage stakeholder relationships and gathering key requirements.
- Responsible for the maintenance and building of complex flows
- Managing 3rd Party Integrations with the Salesforce platform.
- Work with the users to make sure all data is accurate and clean.
- Help the users with training documentation and material.
Experience and Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- 2+ Years Experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Experienced working with NPSP (Non-Profit Success Pack)
- Has worked within a Non-Profit / Charity environment
