Steadman Brown is working with a large organisation based in Peterborough, in the middle of a major Digital Transformation. As they look to decommission multiple business systems and make Salesforce their central platform, they are keen to hire an IT / Systems Project Manager to manage projects end‑to‑end, manage scope efficiently, and be able to resolve project issues and complex situations.
In this role you will be responsible for delivering ongoing small and medium‑size projects focused around business processes and Salesforce. You will work alongside an in‑house Salesforce development team responsible for the design and build stages, while you own the wider delivery and management of the project.
Job Responsibilities- Own project delivery, including scope, resource, and budget management.
- Work with the Director of Delivery to keep them abreast of project status.
- Update and manage RAID logs.
- Prepare project reporting, including status and exception reporting.
- Manage and oversee project dependencies, issues, and risks.
- Manage project resources, including both internal and external resources/partners.
- Proven experience managing multiple IT, software, or CRM projects.
- Experience managing multiple resources and expectations.
- Strong experience working with stakeholders to manage desired scope.
- Familiarity and experience with project management tools, including RAID, Jira, and Wrike.
- Experience resolving project issues while ensuring client expectations are met.
- Experience working with or managing Salesforce – highly desired.
