Steadman Brown are working with one of the largest Salesforce customers in the UK, a brand I'm sure you've heard of.
They are currently expanding their internal Salesforce team that are working across Sales, Service, Experience, Agentforce, Data360, Marketing and Mule Soft.
As Senior Project Manager, you will lead their biggest pieces of transformation, across Salesforce and the wider tech stack.
This person will own the full lifecycle of projects, from initial planning, through to execution and closure, ensuring that it's delivered on time, within scope and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex IT transformation projects.
- Own project governance, planning, budgeting, reporting and risk management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, providing clear communication and regular project updates.
- Lead delivery teams across business and technology functions.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Manage project dependencies, issues and risks, implementing mitigation plans where required.
- Drive continuous improvement across project delivery processes and governance.
- Line manage and mentor Project Managers, supporting their development and ensuring consistent delivery standards.
- Facilitate collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering large-scale IT transformation projects.
- Experience delivering projects that span Salesforce alongside other enterprise platforms.
- Demonstrative experience recovering challenged or failing project, including identifying issues, implementingcorrective actions and successfully turning projects around.
- Previous line management experience, including managing and developing Project Managers.
- Strong understanding of project governance, financial management and resource planning.
- Extensive experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies.
