Steadman Hub have partnered with a growing leisure and hospitality business who are on the lookout for a HubSpot CRM & Marketing Manager. They specialise in providing matchmaking solutions to hospitality organisations, becoming a leader in that industry.
You will manage, maintain, and optimise HubSpot across the business, ensuring HubSpot plays its part as a GTM engine. You will work across workflow automation, data accuracy and GDPR compliance, and support the integration of HubSpot into their wider tech stack. You will also work closely with the marketing team to ensure HubSpot is supportive of the ongoing marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage HubSpot across the full HubSpot product suite (Sales, Marketing, Service, and Data Hubs)
- Create and manage workflows, automations, lead scoring/routing, and nurture journeys
- Manage their database, ensuring data accuracy and GDPR compliance
- Work with wider teams (particularly the marketing team) to align HubSpot processes with business processes
- Hands-on experience across HubSpot (Sales and Marketing Hub is the minimum)
- Experience handling GDPR compliance, data security, and CRM best practice
- Experience building effective automations and lifecycle journeys
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
