Steadman Hub have partnered with a well established agricultural organisation. Having implemented HubSpot over a year ago, they are looking for someone to drive and own their marketing function. As their first HubSpot and key marketing hire, this is a pivotal role within the organisation. Culture is at the core of the business; they will require you in office 4x/week to ensure close relationships and a collaborative culture.
They are looking for a HubSpot Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end customer journey. This role will lead CRM, marketing automation and marketing strategy. The position plays a key role in shaping digital strategy across multiple channels, working closely with internal teams.
Key responsibilities:- Own CRM and marketing automation activity, including segmentation, lifecycle journeys and retention campaigns
- Plan, execute and optimise email marketing campaigns, reporting on performance and driving continuous improvement
- Own and manage their HubSpot portal, ensuring it is continually optimised to support business processes
- Manage digital projects and agency relationships (PPC, SEO, web), ensuring alignment with wider marketing objectives
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on CRM, automation and email
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot is key
- Highly data-driven, with confidence in tracking KPIs and turning insight into action
- Strong organisational and communication skills, comfortable working in a hands-on SME environment
