They are seeking a HubSpot Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of the end‑to‑end customer journey, with a particular focus on post‑acquisition performance. This role will lead CRM, marketing automation and email strategy, using data and insight to turn traffic into repeat customers. The position plays a key role in shaping digital strategy across multiple channels, working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
Key responsibilities:- Own CRM and marketing automation activity, including customer segmentation, lifecycle journeys and retention campaigns
- Plan, execute and optimise email marketing campaigns, reporting on performance and driving continual improvement
- Analyse website and customer behaviour data to improve conversion, engagement and loyalty
