Steadman Hub have partnered with an ambitious tech organisation who are looking to scale its CRM (HubSpot) capabilities to match the business's growth plans. Having HubSpot implemented already, they are looking to move away from a managed service agreement with their implementation partner and bring in a HubSpot expert internally.
As a HubSpot CRM Manager, you will own the full CRM process end-to-end. This spans basic user administration and management, to scoping out further business requirements and building scalable solutions on HubSpot to enable further growth. This is a hybrid role based out of Scotland's central belt, so the ability to be in the office weekly is key.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and administer HubSpot across their enterprise suite (Sales, Service, and Marketing Hubs)
- Build and automate workflows across various business processes to ensure the full optimisation of HubSpot
- Integrate 3rd party apps - whether native, through a middleware or programmatically with their internal developer
- Scope out business requirements, understanding the changing needs of the wider business teams
- Prior experience in HubSpot CRM management is key
- Working knowledge of optimising HubSpot's Sales, Service, and Marketing Hubs
- Excellent communication skills
- HubSpot certifications are beneficial
