Steadman Hub have partnered with one of the largest partners in the HubSpot agency ecosystem. They are on the lookout for a HubSpot Consultant to join their team. They specialise in everything HubSpot, but mainly they work across implementations, migrations, and CRM audits.

As a HubSpot Consultant, you will be responsible for leading customers through successful HubSpot implementations, ensuring the platform is configured to support sales, marketing, and service operations. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals, design HubSpot solutions, and deliver structured onboarding projects that drive adoption and value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver end-to-end HubSpot projects across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and Data Hub
  • Lead client discovery sessions and onboarding workshops to gather requirements, processes, and reporting needs
  • Configure HubSpot portals, including pipelines, properties, workflows, automation, reporting, and dashboards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition into ongoing support or optimisation services
Experience and Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience across HubSpot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and Data Hub
  • Previous experience within a HubSpot agency or consultancy, is ideal
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects while maintaining a high-quality client experience
