Base pay range
Salary up to £45,000. The company has offices across the UK, with the main head offices in the Manchester region. Travel into the office is expected 3x per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CRM strategy across the business; lead data cleansing, data optimisation and data architecture within the CRM.
- Lead on the creation and design of multi-channel HubSpot campaigns.
- Optimise HubSpot CRM (create reports, dashboards and workflows).
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and wider team.
Experience and Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of HubSpot experience, across Sales and Marketing Hub as a minimum.
- Proven ability to create multi-channel campaigns through HubSpot.
- Proficiency in data analysis.
- Ability to lead stakeholder meetings and gather requirements from internal stakeholders.
