Steadman Hub has partnered exclusively with a leading name in the marketing space. They deliver outstanding work across a wide range of marketing channels, from digital campaigns to live, in-person events. They are now seeking someone to join the business and take full ownership of the execution of their marketing campaigns. This is a hybrid role where you’ll be responsible not only for digital channels, but also for overseeing HubSpot and broader marketing automation activities. You will own the creation, planning, and delivery of outbound digital marketing campaigns, using marketing automation tools to maximise engagement and conversion. The role supports specific partnership objectives while working closely with wider business goals. You'll be in their London office 3x/week, working closely with the wider team building a strong culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the marketing automation campaign strategy for key launch shows, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Manage segmentation, targeting, and personalisation strategies to optimise campaign performance.
  • Assess and introduce new tools or technologies to enhance campaign efficiency and reporting.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Expert-level experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
  • Proven track record of building and delivering complex, data-led campaign strategies.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML/CSS, or other technical skills to support campaign customisation.
  • Background in B2B marketing, events, or SaaS environments.
