Steadman Hub has partnered with a leading organisation in the education sector that is looking to hire an experienced HubSpot CRM Manager. As the business continues to scale its CRM capabilities, the role will play a key part in improving how students, educators, and partners are supported across the UK. The company offers a remote-first environment where driven HubSpot professionals can make an impact.
As HubSpot CRM Manager, you will take full ownership of the organisation’s HubSpot ecosystem, leading strategic development and optimisation across the business. Working closely with marketing, operations, and technology teams, you will ensure HubSpot is fully aligned to deliver seamless user journeys, actionable insights, and scalable automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategic roadmap and day-to-day management of the HubSpot CRM platform
- Design and implement automation across Marketing, Sales, and Data Hubs
- Build dashboards, reports, and segmentation strategies to enable data-driven decision-making
- Manage the IT Service team, ensuring strong performance and alignment with key KPIs
- Deliver training and ongoing support to drive adoption across internal teams
Experience & Skills Required
- Proven experience managing and optimising HubSpot CRM within a fast-paced organisation, ideally in the education or technology sectors
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Data Hubs (Service Hub experience is advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical CRM functionality into measurable business outcomes
- HubSpot certifications and experience integrating third-party platforms such as Zapier, Salesforce, or custom APIs
- Remote-first working model within the UK, with occasional in-person meetups
