Steadman Hub are the UK's leading HubSpot recruitment agency and have partnered with a rapidly growing business within the health care sector, who are looking to hire a HubSpot CRM Executive, to work very closely with the Head of Revenue Operations with a focus on the optimisation of the HubSpot CRM.
Location: Surrey (1x a week travel into the office)
Salary: up to £45,000
Job responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain all aspects of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
- Build and manage workflows, automations, sequences, lists, and properties.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create lead scoring models, nurture journeys, and campaign setups.
- Manage user permissions, roles, and data governance across teams.
- Monitor and improve data hygiene, deduplication, and segmentation processes.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years experience, administering the HubSpot CRM
- Ideally, you would have experience across Sales, Service and Marketing Hub
- Great communication skills
- Experience working with JavaScript would be highly advantageous
