Steadman Hub have partnered with a rapidly growing HubSpot Agency, who are tackling the SMB market by storm. They are looking at bringing in a HubSpot CRM Consultant who would be working to understand, gather and translate client requirements, before working on the design and build of their HubSpot environment.
Salary - up to £45,000
Based in Berkshire, 2x a week travel into the office
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and workshops
- Actively challenge, and define requirements, alongside senior stakeholders
- Map out clients as-is and to-be processes
- Create user stories, using these processes, via Jira
- Support the Data team, on the migration from legacy platform data, to HubSpot
- Support the HubSpot build team, on the design, build and delivery of HubSpot
Requirements:
- Prior technical/hands experience working with HubSpot CRM
- Excellent Business Analysis skills, including leading scoping workshops, gathering and refining requirements, and mapping existing processes
- Proven experience of delivering an end to end project life cycle
- Excellent organisational skills
- Self-motivated individual
- Great communication skills (will be training users)
