As a HubSpot Consultant, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients – designing, implementing, and optimising HubSpot solutions that transform their marketing, sales, and service performance. You’ll work closely with a team of strategists, developers, and automation experts to deliver projects that drive measurable business results. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on HubSpot professional who thrives in a consultancy setting and loves solving complex challenges for ambitious clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client discovery sessions to understand business processes and HubSpot requirements.
  • Design, implement, and optimise HubSpot portals across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
  • Develop automation workflows, dashboards, and reports to improve client performance.
  • Provide expert training, guidance, and ongoing consultancy to ensure successful adoption.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Proven track record of delivering HubSpot projects within an agency or consultancy environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub functionality.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to translate technical detail into clear business value.
  • HubSpot certifications and practical experience integrating HubSpot with other platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Zapier, or custom APIs).
