They are seeking a HubSpot Solutions Architect with a strong pre-sales focus to support growth across client engagements. In this role, you will partner closely with sales teams to lead discovery, shape solution strategy, and architect HubSpot systems that address client challenges. You’ll be a key technical voice in the sales cycle - scoping requirements, presenting solutions, demonstrating platform capabilities, and ensuring proposals are technically sound, scalable, and commercially viable.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead pre-sales discovery sessions to scope client needs, challenges, and technical requirements.
- Architect HubSpot solutions - including CRM structure, data modelling, integrations, and automation frameworks - to support proposals and pitches.
- Deliver high-impact platform demos, solution walkthroughs, and technical presentations.
- Collaborate with delivery and RevOps teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, aligned, and accurately scoped.
Experience & Skills Required
- Demonstrable experience in a pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical scoping role within HubSpot Agencies (Diamond or Elite Agencies).
- Deep expertise across HubSpot CRM architecture, custom objects, integrations, data flows, and automation logic.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
- Experience working with diverse client stakeholders and supporting sales teams in closing complex, multi-workstream projects.
