HubSpot Data Consultant in Cambridge

Steadman Hub have partnered with an Elite HubSpot Agency – one of the biggest names in the UK and worldwide. They specialise in supporting tech and SaaS organisations in HubSpot implementations, migrations, audits, and optimisations. They have seen the demand for CRM migrations skyrocket, with companies moving away from legacy products to HubSpot.

They are looking to hire a HubSpot Data Consultant – someone who has a strong understanding of HubSpot and its functionality across Sales, Service, Marketing and Data Hubs. In addition to this, experience and knowledge on other systems such as Salesforce, Zoho, and Dynamics is key. You will lead their migration projects – from scoping out data models on legacy systems and re-mapping those on HubSpot, acting as a translator ensuring smooth transitions from one system onto HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end migrations projects into HubSpot from platforms like Salesforce, Zoho, and Dynamics – as well as other MAPs.
• Lead client workshops to map current processes, data models, integrations, and workflows.
• Audit legacy portals and advise on bespoke HubSpot architecture, optimisation, and migration approach
• Identify and create a replicable process on how to approach CRM migrations

Experience and Qualifications

• Experience across HubSpot – Sales, Service, and Marketing Hubs; and other platforms, like Salesforce, Zoho, and Dynamics.
• Experience in a HubSpot agency or consulting setting is ideal
• Strong communication skills and able to clearly scope requirements
• Able to work across multiple projects at once, ensuring timely delivery
