Steadman Hub have partnered with a growing engineering organisation. Having implemented HubSpot over a year ago, they are looking for someone to drive and own their marketing function. As their first HubSpot and key marketing hire – this is a pivotal role within the organisation. You\’ll liaise closely with the sales team, meaning culture is at the core of the business, they will require you in office 3x/week to ensure close relationships and a collaborative culture.
They are looking for a HubSpot Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end customer journey. This role will lead CRM, marketing automation and email strategy, using data and insight to convert traffic into repeat customers. The position plays a key role in shaping digital strategy across multiple channels, working closely with internal teams and external agencies.
Key responsibilities
- Own CRM and marketing automation activity, including customer segmentation, lifecycle journeys and retention campaigns
- Plan, execute and optimise email marketing campaigns, reporting on performance and driving continuous improvement
- Analyse website and customer behaviour data to improve conversion, engagement and loyalty
- Manage digital projects and agency relationships (PPC, SEO, web), ensuring alignment with wider marketing objectives
Experience required
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on CRM, automation, email and ecommerce
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM platform
- Highly data-driven, with confidence in tracking KPIs and turning insight into action
- Strong organisational and communication skills, comfortable working in a hands-on SME environment
