Steadman Brown are working with a famous UK business, and long-term trailblazing Salesforce customer, who are looking to hire a Salesforce Administration Manager. As the Salesforce Administration Manager, you will lead a team of 5 based Salesforce Administrators, who themselves are charged with supporting the platform, users and CRM roadmap, for a multi-org, multi-cloud Salesforce environment.

Responsibilities

  • Line manage a team of Salesforce administrators, ensuring continuous professional development
  • Act as the final voice when it comes to Salesforce Administration challenges, and solutions
  • Manage, allocate and distribute workload to the team, including user support, platform support and project related tasks
  • Support the Head of Salesforce and Salesforce Architect to assemble, manage and deliver the CRM roadmap
  • Introduce governance, process and best practice to the Salesforce Administration team
  • Oversee release management tasks related to admin led changes
  • Monitor team performance, output and quality control

Experience and Qualifications

  • Proven background as a Salesforce Administrator within a mid-large Salesforce platform
  • Experience line managing Salesforce colleagues, driving professional development
  • Experience implementing processes, governance and procedures to drive best practice
  • Strong experience working against SLA's
  • Excellent stakeholder management and vendor management experience
