Salesforce / Systems Project Manager

We are working with a Salesforce Customer/End User who are going through a hug transformation project and has chosen Salesforce as there single source of truth.

They are moving away from multiple systems which include Dynamics 365, Zendesk, Hubspot and more. With the programme already underway, they have multiple phases in 2025 that are key and taking priority which include Salesforce CPQ for the lead to cash program and Salesforce Service Cloud Implementation.

They are looking for a strong Project Manager who has come from a hands-on background with Salesforce and Dynamics365 to be able to help and get stuck in when need be. Ultimately a Project manager who isn’t afraid of getting their hands dirty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end project management for Salesforce
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Work with key stakeholders and directors. Manage their expectations.
  • Present back to the business project updates
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce best practices, methodologies, and tools
  • Produce details project documentation, project plans and reports.
  • Manage third party vendors
  • Utilise Agile methodology and tools such as Jira, Confluence and similar project management tools
  • Be hands on with the platform or data when need be.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, troubleshoot issues, and proactively resolve challenges to keep projects on track.

Experience & Skills required

  • Have delivered Salesforce transformation projects
  • Ability to translate high level business objectives to project deliverables
  • Proven experience in large/enterprise level Salesforce Implementations
  • Implemented Multi-Cloud Salesforce solutions with ideally Salesforce Clouds/products outside of core clouds
  • Experience managing budgets and timeframes
  • Experience managing cross functional teams and identify gaps within delivery teams
  • Have come from a Salesforce Consultant background or hands on background with Data.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
