I'm working with an exciting Salesforce customer, currently rolling out Salesforce Sales Cloud across multiple regions. They have just started this implementation, and now looking for a Senior Solution Architect to jump in, and confidently scope out business needs, and translate the solutions to the technical team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end to end solution design across multiple regions, from discovery through to delivery.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders across the business to capture and challenge requirements across multiple divisions.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear architecture and technical designs.
  • Provide architectural governance and ensure alignment with Salesforce best practice.
  • Lead design workshops and architecture sessions with various stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect on large-scale Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations.
  • Strong experience in greenfield or early-stage implementations, ideally including programmes that required recovery or stabilisation.
  • Hands-on experience leading discovery, scoping, and solution design workshops with senior business stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to operate at both strategic and detailed design level across Salesforce architecture.
