I am working with a well known UK business, which is used by thousands of people daily, and are enhancing their Salesforce system by bringing in the latest tech Salesforce has released, including Agentforce and Data Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Review business and technical requirements to design comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing on Salesforce applications.
- Execute manual and automated test cases across multiple Salesforce environments.
- Document defects clearly and track them through resolution using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a QA Tester with a focus on Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce features, workflows, validation rules, and security model.
- Experience with test management tools like TestRail, Zephyr, or similar.
- Solid understanding of software testing lifecycle and QA methodologies.
