Immediate Start - Outside IR35 Contract - £650-750

I'm working with a sales-led business operating across Europe, who are seeking a Salesforce Programme Manager on a contract basis to lead a large-scale multi-cloud Salesforce transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver a Salesforce multi-cloud transformation.
  • Establish and maintain program governance, operating cadence, RAID management, and executive reporting.
  • Manage dependencies across multiple workstreams, vendors, and system integrators.
  • Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and aligned to agreed business outcomes.
  • Oversee integrations with ERP, finance, data, and legacy systems.
  • Act as the primary point of accountability for senior business stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT, and regional leadership.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Experience in program or senior project management roles.
  • Proven delivery of large-scale Salesforce programs, preferably multi-cloud and multi-country.
  • Experience supporting sales-led or revenue-driven organisations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and delivery models.
  • Strong background delivering enterprise CRM or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Governance, reporting, and executive communication skills.
