I'm working with a leading Salesforce Partner, who are growing rapidly in 2026 - they've gone onto win multiple new projects across enterprise businesses, all of which are multi‑cloud implementations. They are now looking for a Salesforce Consultant to work within the London office, who can work across the end to end project delivery, from scoping and solutioning, to being hands on with the configuration and post deployment support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of solutions using OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)
  • Own the technical architecture for OmniStudio‑led implementations, ensuring best practice is followed
  • Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into end‑to‑end technical solutions
  • Act as the technical escalation point for the team across complex builds and integrations
  • Oversee and contribute to hands‑on development, including integrations, APIs and Apex where needed
  • Guide and mentor developers, setting coding standards and design patterns
  • Ensure alignment between OmniStudio components and core Salesforce platform features (Flows, Apex, LWC, etc.)
  • Support release management and deployments, working within CI/CD pipelines where applicable

Experience and Qualifications

  • Strong hands‑on experience with OmniStudio tools such as OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors and Integration Procedures
  • Proven experience leading or owning end‑to‑end Salesforce implementations
  • Solid hands‑on experience with Flows, Apex and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
  • Experience working within Industry Cloud is preferred
  • Experience designing complex data models and integrations
  • Previous experience in a Tech Lead or senior role, mentoring teams and owning delivery
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery and working closely with cross‑functional teams
