Job Description
I am working with a leading UK business who focus in the media sector, who have just finished their implementation of Salesforce core and Marketing Cloud. They are now looking to hire a SFMC Product Owner to take ownership of the product.
As the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Product Owner, you will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that SFMC delivers maximum value in line with our marketing and customer engagement goals. You'll own the product roadmap, manage the backlog, and oversee the successful delivery of new features and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the Salesforce Marketing Cloud product roadmap aligned with marketing strategy and business goals.
- Drive the implementation of SFMC modules (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, etc.).
- Act as the main point of contact for all SFMC-related initiatives and projects.
- Oversee and optimise marketing automation workflows, customer journeys, and personalized campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working on the development of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Proven experience building journeys, automations, and personalized campaignswithin SFMC.
- Proficient in AMPscript, SQL, and HTML/CSS for dynamic content and data queries.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, marketing segmentation, and audience targeting
