Head Of Delivery – Salesforce at Steadman Brown – Responsible for the delivery of all Salesforce Recruitment
This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing Salesforce practice within a top-tier GSI. Focused solely on enterprise clients, you’ll play a key role in delivering complex, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions across niche industries where this organisation is already dominating.
You will lead the full lifecycle of delivery from initial discovery through to deployment and go-live while acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. You’ll be hands-on with configuration, and also guide best practices, governance, and scalable solution design across Salesforce clouds.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations for enterprise clients, from scoping and requirements gathering to deployment and hypercare.
- Facilitate workshops, drive discovery sessions, and document detailed functional and technical requirements.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Perform hands-on configuration and customisation (flows, validation rules, etc.).
Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Salesforce Consultant, working within the mid-market or enterprise space.
- Proven experience in delivering end to end greenfield implementations
- Proven/Project experience in hands on configuration, including complex flows and automations.
- Strong experience in owning scoping sessions with c-site level stakeholders/clients.
