Salesforce Field Service Architect

Steadman Brown are partnered with a leading Salesforce Partner, specialising in Field Service Implementations for some of the largest businesses across the UK. They are now looking to bring in an experienced Field Service Architect, to take ownership of these implementations from the initial pre-sale call, through to the high level architecture and documentation, to passing the build to the team of developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Salesforce Field Service solution design from the initial pre-sales discussions through to architecture.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and design tailored solutions.
• Own the high-level architecture, ensuring solutions are scalable, robust and aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Act as the technical point of contact across the solution design phase, working closely with stakeholders, consultants and developers to ensure successful delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering large scale Field Service Implementations, from first call through to completion and hand off.
• Experience developing Field Service Architectural designs, and have strong knowledge of the capabilities and environments.
• Experience leading solution design from pre-sales and requirements gathering through to architecture and development handover.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations and best practices, with the ability to design scalable solutions.
