I am working with a global retail business, who have invested heavily in Salesforce. They have implemented the full tech stack, including Data 360 and Agentforce. They are now looking for an experienced Product Owner, to lead the strategy and optimisation of the Data 360 platform, across multiple departments and regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for Salesforce Data 360
- Define and deliver the Data 360 strategy and integrating data from multiple sources
- Work with business stakeholders to scope out new enhancements needed for the system
- Translate requirements into user stories, and assign to the technical team
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Owner within the Salesforce eco-system
- Experience building solutions of Salesforce Data Cloud/360
- Strong understanding of Customer 360 concepts.
- Experience working across other Salesforce products including Sales & Marketing Cloud
