Steadman Brown are working with a leading technology business, who are going through a period of rapid growth. This market leading business have significant external investment from some of the biggest Private Equity firms globally, and are planning for another round of significant growth.
The RevOps Manager will be responsible for overseeing and leading the strategy for tooling across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations systems. As the RevOps Manager you will inherit a tech stack of Salesforce, HubSpot, Wrike, Freshdesk and Gong, with the sole task of overseeing the strategy, integration and adoption of these tools, to empower the business.
Key Responsibilities- Own the strategy for RevOps / GTM tooling, including managing the development of automations, and user friendly enhancements.
- Implement a CRM strategy to provide the business a 360-degree view of their customer and data.
- Take ownership of the customisation, configuration and management of Salesforce.
- Develop insightful tooling and processes to provide accurate reporting and forecasting.
- Work with Marketing to enhance HubSpot, and understand the benefits of migrating marketing to Salesforce.
- Work closely with department heads, to understand individual and team objectives, and how the GTM systems can complement these.
- Be seen as the Subject Matter Expert for process improvements across Sales, Marketing and Finance, using technology to empower colleagues.
- Proven experience in a RevOps Manager role is essential.
- Salesforce Administration and configuration experience is a must, including experience with automation tools including Flow.
- Experience of other RevOps / GTM tooling such as Gong, Wrike, HubSpot, Notion, etc highly advantageous.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including being able to manage demanding stakeholders, and challenging perceptions.
- Experience working in a multi-country organisation.
