I'm installing with a national Financial‑Services business that uses Salesforce as their trusted CRM. They are partway through a greenfield implementation covering predominantly Sales and Service as well as some niche products like RCA. They are looking for a talented Salesforce Developer to join their team and handle projects from initial requirements gathering, solution designing, hands‑on programming, and post‑build deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders to shape technical needs.
- Own solution design and architecture across Salesforce projects.
- Hands‑on custom development using Apex and LWC.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Stay up‑to‑date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to client projects.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, SOQL, and other Salesforce technologies.
