We are exclusively partnered with an industry-leading UK company who provide a highly important service to thousands of customers. As the UK's go-to business, they have an excellent Salesforce setup which is used to manage everything across the company. As the Salesforce Administrator, you will be heavily focused on the daily configuration of their Salesforce platform, covering areas such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud. Building and amending automation will be key to the role, so you will be proficient in building Flows to streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Administered and optimised Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to support sales, service, and operations teams.
- Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security controls to ensure appropriate access and data integrity.
- Build and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and flows to meet evolving business needs.
- Automate business processes using Flows to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Configure Sales Cloud features including Leads, Opportunities, Quotes, Products, Forecasting, and Campaigns.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to maximise platform adoption.
Experience and Qualifications
- Must have multi-cloud Salesforce experience.
- Excellent hands-on ability to configure the Salesforce platform.
- Proficient in building Flows to automate processes.
- Experience working with 3rd party applications integrated within Salesforce.
- Comfortable liaising with stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a wider team.
