As the UK's go to in their industry, they have thousands of customers and specialists to provide them with the service they need. They are invested in Salesforce and are looking for a data and reporting specialist to join their team who has excellent experience using PowerBI.
About the role
As a business, they are built upon two core platforms; Salesforce and Oracle, and with customer and business data spread across both systems, they need a reporting analyst with experience on both platforms to unify the data in PowerBI to create clear insights for the business to use. You will work within a team that has been built in-house to focus on the data and reporting elements, and you will play an important part in delivering actionable insights for the business.
Responsibilities
- Building and enhancing reports and dashboards that drive operational, tactical, and strategic decisions.
- Partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights.
- Ensuring accuracy and alignment across Salesforce, Oracle, Power BI and Snowflake outputs.
- Championing data quality, governance, and KPI consistency across the organisation.
- Acting as a subject matter expert in reporting best practices.
- Driving adoption of reporting by delivering training, guidance, and user support.
- Identifying opportunities to automate and improve reporting efficiency.
Experience/Requirements
- Proven experience building reports and dashboards in Salesforce is required.
- Strong understanding of data models, relationships, and reporting structures.
- Experience with enterprise systems (ideally Salesforce & Oracle / CRM & ERP).
- Ability to engage stakeholders and translate complex requirements into clear reporting solutions.
