A highly specialised Salesforce consulting partner based in the UK, recognised for its deep expertise in delivering tailored solutions across the full Salesforce ecosystem. They work closely with clients across multiple industries, helping organisations maximise their platform value and achieve measurable business outcomes, often working on Agentforce implementations.
They are looking for someone to lead customers on the technical design and build phases as well as leading the technical pre-sales engagements and technical designs for solutions. You will also be leading and mentoring junior developers both on and offshore. The ideal candidate will have previous consulting experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead customers through the technical design and build phases of Salesforce projects.
- Take ownership of technical pre-sales engagements, including solution design and architecture.
- Produce high-quality technical designs aligned with best practices and client requirements.
- Provide hands-on leadership and mentoring to junior developers both onshore and offshore.
- Oversee code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure technical excellence.
- Proven experience in a Salesforce Technical Lead or Senior Developer role within a consulting environment.
- Experience in technical pre-sales, including solution design, scoping, and presenting to clients.
- Strong background in Salesforce configuration, customisation, and integration.
- Deep knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to lead technical workshops and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in customer-facing consulting.
- Track record of mentoring and developing technical teams.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (Required)
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (Preferred)
