- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across a greenfield environment.
- Translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions, ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practice.
- Develop complex programmatic solutions using Apex, LWC, and other Salesforce development tools.
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from requirement gathering through to deployment and post-release support.
- Implement and optimise the use of cutting-edge Salesforce features, including Agentforce and Data Cloud.
- Manage deployment processes, ensuring robust version control, testing, and release management.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong track record of delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with deployment tools and methodologies (e.g. Gearset, Copado, or Salesforce DX) and best practice release management.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modelling, security, and declarative configuration.
- Experience working on large-scale or greenfield Salesforce projects is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with cutting-edge Salesforce technologies such as Agentforce and Data Cloud (advantageous but not essential).
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
