We are currently partnered with a business in the telecoms industry who are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of their Salesforce platform and help drive its success across the business. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, optimisation, and continuous improvement of Salesforce, ensuring it supports key business processes across sales, service, and other cross-functional teams. You will also provide mentoring to junior team members, supporting their development and growth within Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the administration, configuration, and ongoing optimisation of the Salesforce platform
  • Lead the design and enhancement of Salesforce automation using Flow and other declarative tools
  • Monitor platform performance, data quality, system health, and adoption metrics
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, marketing, and operations teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
  • Support integrations with third-party systems and help troubleshoot data sync or process issues
  • Train and support end users, create enablement materials, and promote best practices across the business
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements based on new features and platform capabilities

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and declarative development, including Flows, Validation rules, Custom objects and fields, Permission sets and security model, Reports and dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, data architecture, and platform governance.
  • Experience supporting Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud environments.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience with data management tools such as Data Loader, import/export processes, and data cleansing.
