We’re working with a major UK business embarking on a major Salesforce transformation across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Field Service.
We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Programme Architect to take ownership of the programme, drive delivery and ensure the right architectural and delivery decisions are made.
Key responsibilities
- Own programme delivery across Sales, Service and Field Service.
- Review existing plans, challenge assumptions and establish clear delivery milestones.
- Work closely with the Salesforce implementation partner, ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
- Oversee architectural best practice, risks and dependencies.

Key requirements
- Proven Salesforce Architecture and Programme Management experience
- Experience leading Service Cloud and/or Field Service deliveries (sales cloud is not a priority)
