We are currently partnered with an award-winning Salesforce partner who are looking for an experienced Field Service Lightning professional to join their team. As a business that supports multiple clients across all areas of Salesforce, they have specialised in the niche clouds, finding a demand for FSL that is increasing.
As a Salesforce Consultant, you will work on the full project lifecycle alongside an experienced team of Salesforce professionals, taking clients from initial discovery stages, through to build and deployment of the solution. This is a heavily hands-on focused role, configuring Salesforce Field Service Lightning and core Salesforce products for various clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather and analyse business requirements for field service operations, including scheduling, dispatch, mobile workforce processes, work orders, and service appointments.
- Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce Field Service solution designs.
- Design end-to-end Field Service solutions across areas such as Work Orders, Work Types, Service Appointments, Service Territories, Service Resources, Operating Hours, Skills & Skill Requirements, Maintenance Plans and Asset management.
- Configure Salesforce Field Service managed package / Field Service functionality to meet client requirements.
- Configure Service Cloud and Field Service processes and object relationships.
- Build declarative automation using tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes (where applicable), Formula fields, Custom objects and page layouts.
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce Field Service (FSL / Field Service Lightning) implementations or enhancements in a consultant, admin, functional, or solution design capacity.
- Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Experience running workshops and engaging with stakeholders across operations, dispatch, field teams, service managers, and IT.
- Demonstrable experience configuring Service Cloud and Field Service processes using declarative tools.
- Strong experience with Flow automation, validation rules, page layouts, record types, custom objects, and security model configuration.
- Experience supporting or collaborating on integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as ERP, inventory, asset management, GIS, or workforce systems.
